Minoru Nanayakkara

Minoru Nanayakkara is an experienced professional in sales and business development, currently serving as the Director of Sales for EMEA at Soroco since July 2018, where responsibilities include managing the EMEA portfolio and leading a team of Client Partners and Enterprise Account Executives. Prior to Soroco, Minoru held various positions at McKinsey & Company, including Senior Enterprise Account Executive and Business Development Manager, as well as Business Analyst roles. Experience also includes technology auditing at NatWest Group, where Minoru provided assurance on technology, operations, and change risks. At Nilwalabase Hydropower (Pvt) Ltd, Minoru effectively revamped management structures, leading to significant profit growth. Minoru's early experience includes corporate internships at multinational firms, where valuable insights into supply chain management and corporate strategy were gained. Minoru holds an MEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with Management from Imperial College London.
