Director, Leadership & Volunteer Engagement at Soroptimist International of the Americas

Nicole Simmons has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Nicole began their career in 1998 as an Assistant Director for College Relations at Mary Baldwin College, where they worked until 2000. In 2004, they joined Miller-Keystone Blood Center as a Donor Resources Representative, leaving in 2006. Following this, Nicole worked at Girl Scouts in the Heart of PA as a Membership Development Manager from 2006 to 2008. In 2009, they started working at Soroptimist International of the Americas, Inc., initially as a Membership & Leadership and Development Manager, a role they held until 2019. Nicole then took on the position of Associate Director, Leadership & Development at Soroptimist International of the Americas in 2020, before assuming their current role as Director, Leadership & Volunteer Engagement in 2022.

Nicole Simmons holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications from Wilkes University. In 2016, they obtained a certification in "Delegating Tasks to Your Team" from LinkedIn.
