Eric Siegel

Eric Siegel is the Chief Investment Officer for Family Accounts and Head of External Manager Selection at Soros Fund Management, a position held since June 2018. Previously, Siegel served as Managing Director and Global Head of Multi-Asset Class Solutions and Hedge Fund Investments at Citigroup from January 2010 to May 2018, overseeing a $13 billion open architecture investments platform. Additional roles include Director and Co-Head of Hedge Fund Research at Bank of America from August 2006 to January 2010, Vice President and Senior Hedge Fund Analyst at Liberty Ermitage from 2003 to 2006, and Vice President in Investment Banking at Bear Stearns from 1996 to 2002. Siegel earned a BA in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania between 1992 and 1996.
