David Harper

David Harper, CPA, ABV, PFS, CFF, CBA, CVA, is the National Advisory Managing Partner at Sorren, specializing in business valuation, litigation support, M&A, transaction advisory services, and corporate consulting. They previously held management positions at Brauer & Harper, CPAs, PA, Retirement Capital Group, and Westbay CPAs, where they were the founder and owner. David has also served as a senior professional in assurance and advisory services at Ernst & Young. They earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business with a concentration in Finance from Auburn University and a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Virginia.
