Scott Schaus

Scott Schaus is currently the Chief Technology Officer, Diagnostics at Sorrento Therapeutics, Inc since March 2022. Prior to that, they were a Professor at Boston University starting from March 2017. Before becoming a Professor, they worked as an Associate Professor from September 2007 to March 2017 and as an Assistant Professor from August 2001 to September 2007 at the same university. Additionally, Scott Schaus was a Co-Founder at Virex Health since October 2020 and was previously the Chief Scientific Officer at ORIG3N from May 2014 to January 2015.

Scott Schaus attended Boston University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry. Afterward, they pursued further education at Harvard University from 1995 to 1999, completing their studies with a PhD in Chemistry.
