Juan Mogoginta oversees all aspects of product quality and manages regulatory documentation; he brings over five years of experience in the food industry to SōRSE. Prior to SōRSE, Juan served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota while completing his M.S. in Food Science.
He has also held positions as a Data Analyst for TEDx Minneapolis and as an R&D Associate for a leading food manufacturer in Jakarta, Indonesia.
