Michel RICQ has extensive experience in sales and management roles. Michel started their career at Manutan as a Technical Sales Representative, where they exceeded sales objectives and managed the partner network. Michel then became a Sales Manager, focusing on improving partner loyalty and reducing response time for customer requests.

Afterwards, Michel joined Sortimo France as a Sales Director, successfully growing the company's turnover and implementing sales tools and customer relationship procedures. Michel later moved to Bott Sas as a Business Unit Director, where they created a dedicated business unit for van racking solutions. Michel developed the sales team, defined objectives and procedures, and adapted products for the French market.

Most recently, Michel worked at Sortimo International GmbH as the Head of Global Account, where they were responsible for creating the Global Account department, managing the team, and developing international customers. Throughout their career, Michel has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

Michel RICQ's education history begins with their enrollment at Lycée International de Sophia Antipolis from 1981 to 1989, where they pursued a field of study that included Mathematics, Physics, and Economics, leading to the attainment of a BACCALAUREAT degree. Following this, they attended IPAG Business School from 1989 to 1994, completing four postgraduate years and specializing in Management, Sales, and Marketing. In 1992, Michel briefly studied Marketing and Sales Management at the University of Hertfordshire, and in 1993, they attended Fachhochschule Wiesbaden, also focusing on Marketing and Sales Management. However, no specific degree was indicated for these latter two institutions.
