Andrew Wells

Andrew Wells has worked in a variety of roles in the past 15 years. In 2021, they were appointed Chief Of Staff at Sorting Robotics. From 2019-2021, they were the Director of Wines at Cielo Malibu Wines, where they directed operations and P&L management and established tasting room KPIs. From 2014-2019, they were the Chief Operations Officer & Co-Founder of Lauren B. Beauty, where they generated b2b and b2c customers and engaged c-level and government contacts to achieve growth goals. From 2011-2014, they were the Associate Director of University Alumni Affairs at Pepperdine University, where they managed 100+ volunteer leaders and cultivated substantial relationships with staff. From 2009-2011, they were the General Manager and VP of Business Operations at SIP Malibu and Cielo Malibu Wineyards, where they oversaw operations and developed and launched new marketing strategies. From 2008-2009, they were the Sales Manager at The Residence Inn by Marriott Westlake Village, where they innovated and expanded the reach with key corporate, business, and travel industry accounts. From 2007-2008, they were the VP of Operations and Multi-Family Development at ACT Construction Inc., where they orchestrated a fire remodel project and bid out a 150-unit multifamily apartment complex project. Finally, from 2006-2007, they were a Realtor at Prudential Malibu Realty, where they represented tenants in lease transactions and assisted the owner with office tasks.

Andrew Wells completed their Bachelor's degree in Biological Science from Pepperdine University between 2003 and 2007. In 2001, they attended the Caltech Cellular Biology and Engineering Summer Program. Andrew then went on to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing Management from Benedictine University between 2012 and 2014. In 2004, they also attended the Pepperdine University International Programs Heidelberg Summer Opera Program.
