Henry Kim has extensive experience in marketing analytics and operations, holding various senior positions in different companies throughout their career. Henry started their career at Castec, Inc. as a Pricing Data Coordinator and progressed to positions at Valassis, Inc. where they worked as a Targeting Analyst and a Senior Client Targeting Analyst, among other roles. Henry then moved to Au Bon Pain as a Category Marketing Intern before joining Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Senior Analyst for Web Analytics. From there, Kim joined Direct Edge Brands as a Customer Acquisition Analytics Manager. Most recently, Kim served as a Director of Marketing Analytics at Freedom Financial Network and Beyondsoft, and they will soon join Sortly as their Director of Marketing Analytics and Operations. In their roles, Henry has been responsible for providing insightful reporting and analytics to help companies make informed decisions, as well as managing teams of directors, analysts, and performance specialists. Henry has also been involved in launching new products, developing multichannel marketing attribution models, and creating targeted campaigns.
Henry Kim earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from New York University between 1999 and 2004. Henry also obtained a Masters in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Northeastern University from 2010 to 2012.
