Lakisha Miller-Barclay

Lakisha Barclay, CAE, EA, serves as the Executive Director and CEO of the Rubber Division, ACS, since July 2007, overseeing daily operations, serving as a spokesperson, and maintaining communication with the Executive Committee and various organizations. In addition to this role, Lakisha has extensive experience in finance management, having previously served as the Director of Finance and Administration within the same organization. Lakisha is also the President of SOS 1040 Plus, LLC, specializing in individual and business tax preparation, with a focus on non-profit and small business development. Previous experience includes the position of Director's Assistant at the Summit County Children Services Board and as an Aviation Maintenance Technician in the United States Air Force. Academic qualifications include an Executive MBA in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Akron, and certification as an Enrolled Agent in Taxation from the National Association of Enrolled Agents.
