Rickard Gustafson

Rickard Gustafson currently serves as General Counsel, Chief of Staff, and Secretary to the Board at SOS Alarm since December 2017. Previously, Rickard held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Nordea from May 2016 to December 2017. A long tenure at Hewlett-Packard from October 2004 to April 2016 included roles such as Legal Director/Chefsjurist for EMEA and Head of EMEA OS Legal. Other notable positions include Senior Counsel at OMX, EMEA Counsel at IBM Europe, and Associate at Johnsson & Johnson Lawfirm. Early career experience includes law clerk at Stockholm District Court and Legal Advisor at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs Sweden. Rickard Gustafson earned a Master of Laws (L.L.M.) degree from Stockholm University, with studies in Law, Russian, Japanese, and Political Science from 1991 to 1995.
