Joshua Kiser has extensive work experience in operations and production management. Joshua currently holds the position of Director of Production Operations at SOS Beauty Group. Prior to this role, they worked as an Operations Manager at Cibaria International, where they collaborated with top executives to improve performance, procure resources, and ensure compliance. Joshua also focused on mentoring team members and implementing best practices.

Before that, Joshua worked as a Director of Operations (Consultant) at both PANROSA Enterprises and Cosmedx Science. In these positions, they developed and implemented strategies for forming new high-speed production lines, increasing overall capacity, and improving production flow.
