Katharina Maringer

Katharina Maringer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, project development, and customer care across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Department Shared Service Center and a member of the Extended Management Board at SOS-Kinderdorf Österreich since July 2022, Katharina has focused on establishing an internal shared service center and rolling out core business support software. Previous roles include business development at Rat auf Draht, treasurer at Bangkok Mothers & Babies International, and head of customer care at FLAGA GmbH, where significant customer service improvements and supply stream integrations were achieved. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Business Administration from WU and a postgraduate degree in Project Management from the University of Graz.
