Svenja Wilker

Svenja Wilker currently serves as Referentin Öffentliche Mittel at SOS-Kinderdorf e.V. since October 2025. Prior to this role, Svenja worked at BayWa AG from June 2020 to December 2024, holding positions as ESG Compliance Managerin and Junior Social Compliance Managerin, where responsibilities included risk management system implementation and sustainability strategy development. Experience also includes working as a Corporate Social Responsibility Working Student at Hoffmann Group, supporting CSR initiatives, and positions at TSB Treuhand GmbH and Ernst & Young in office management and advisory services, respectively. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Geography and Sustainability from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Tourism Management from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences and Excelia.
