Nathalie Libera

Nathalie Libera is an experienced project manager and consultant with a focus on database processes and reporting, particularly within fundraising and behaviour change programs. Currently serving as Project Manager for Database Processes and Reporting at SOS-Kinderdörfer weltweit since March 2021, Nathalie Libera oversees donor and CRM database management, business intelligence tools, and reporting. Previous roles include consultant positions at ifok GmbH and Cycling Scotland, where responsibilities involved the implementation of digital systems and management of grant processes, notably leading a significant business improvement project using Salesforce Lightning. Nathalie Libera's career also encompasses strategic management of behaviour change initiatives, financial planning for training seminars at Goethe-Institut e.V., and a marketing internship with the Scottish Government.
