Daniel Rivas

Daniel Rivas has extensive experience in operations and strategic planning within the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as Gerente de Operaciones and Gerente de Planificacion Estrategica at SOS Red de Asistencia since November 2015, Daniel oversees project management and business intelligence initiatives. Previous roles include Jefe Nacional del C.A.T, where coordination of call center operations was a key responsibility, and Jefe de Tecnología e Infraestructura at Plus SA, managing overall technology and infrastructure for call operations. Daniel also holds significant experience in technical services and academic roles, including Jefe de Servicios Técnicos at Jazzplat SA and Professor de Informática at Instituto Superior Santo. Education includes degrees in Computation and Mathematics from Universidad Blas Pascal.
