Idit Madanes

Idit manages the global operations and HR of SOSA. She is responsible for all aspects of the TLV and NYC residents community on one hand and the internal processes on the other hand. Idit holds an MA in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a BA in Psychology (cum laude) from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC). Prior to SOSA, Idit led all operational and human resources activities for an Israeli startup building its office presence in NYC and beforehand was working for an American boutique consulting firm. She is also a professional makeup artist, so you know her creativity will always prevail.
