Fabio Zander

Fabio Zander is a seasoned professional in sales development, currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Sales Development at SoSafe, where leadership spans 7 teams of approximately 70 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) across Europe. Fabio's extensive experience includes roles as SDR Manager for various market segments, where the focus has been on account-based sales development, strategic prospecting, and team performance management. At SoSafe, responsibilities also encompass sales enablement, training, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance sales initiatives. Additional roles include Präsenztrainer at Materne Training, Ambassador & Masterclass Instructor for SDRs of Germany, and sales and business development positions at Hublo and Enlighten Press. Fabio holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Lund University and has completed an exchange semester at The University of British Columbia, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Hochschule Fresenius.
