Frank Piotraschke

Frank Piotraschke is the current Chief Revenue Officer at SoSafe Cyber Security Awareness. Frank has over 15 years of experience in sales and leadership roles.

Frank started their career in 2000 as Head of High Potentials Circle at Commerzbank AG in Düsseldorf. In 2007, they became Head of Solutions at Powerflasher GmbH, where they remained until 2010.

In 2010, Frank took on the role of Regional Director for AT Internet, responsible for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Eastern Europe, and Russia. Frank held this position until 2015, when they joined Optimizely as Senior Director Sales EMEA. Frank was with Optimizely until 2018, when they left to join Staffbase GmbH as SVP Global Sales.

At Staffbase, Frank built the professional sales process for the entire organisation. Frank opened offices in New York, Amsterdam, London, Cologne, and Munich, and grew Staffbase ARR by 400% within 2 years. Frank was also part of the Executive Board. Frank left Staffbase in 2020 to take on their current role at SoSafe Cyber Security Awareness.

Frank Piotraschke has a BA hons. in Business Management from Edinburgh Napier University and a Diplom Kaufmann in International Business from Fachhochschule Aachen.

They are on a team with Kai Wiemer - VP, Engineering, Thore Backen - Chief of Staff, and Karel Ellis-Gray - VP, People. Frank Piotraschke reports to Niklas Hellemann, CEO.
