Chris Bulmer

Chris Bulmer is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in digital transformation and automation. Currently serving as CIO/CTO/CISO on a fractional basis at Sosandar and CIO/CTO at Chums Ltd, Chris plays a pivotal role in ERP projects involving Microsoft Dynamics and advises boards on digital strategy and automation. Previously, as a Consultant Director at The Regatta Group, Chris led initiatives in AI and automation that resulted in significant time savings and the establishment of an international AI Working Group. With a long tenure as Group IT Director at Regatta Group, Chris oversaw a major enterprise transformation program and has held various IT management roles since beginning a career in software development. Chris holds a BSc (Hons) in Information Systems from The Manchester Metropolitan University and has further education from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
