Alessia Saibene

Alessia Saibene is an accomplished investment director at Sosteneo Infrastructure Partners, with extensive experience in the financial sector, particularly within the energy industry. Since joining Falck Renewables SpA in July 2014, Alessia has held roles in structured finance and has served as the head of M&A and evaluation. Previous positions include business development investments at Osaka Gas Energy America and overseeing M&A and investments evaluation at Sorgenia. Alessia's expertise encompasses leading project teams, financial modeling, transaction evaluation, and participation in over 20 significant transactions totaling more than $1.5 billion. Alessia holds a Master in General Management from MIP School of Management and a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Economics and Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
