Norm Amandi

As SOSV’s Video Content Director, Norm Amandi is tasked with highlighting the great work of programs, startups, entrepreneurs and the ecosystems they build globally. He is responsible for the creation of SOSV’s Youtube series, which is dedicated to introducing VCs to the entrepreneurial community.

Norm Amandi is a Daytime Emmy-nominated executive producer, writer, and documentary filmmaker with credits on a wide variety of shows and networks – from Discovery’s Shark Week to shows on VH1, the CW, E!, CNBC, and, most recently, as the creator of “Prairie Dog Manor” for Nat Geo Wild and Disney+.

The recipient of an Austrian Fulbright Grant, a graduate of Williams College and USC’s Film Production MFA Program, Norm has been a finalist for the Sundance and Film Independent screenwriting labs. He also wrote a feature script about Buckminster Fuller which won a fellowship from the Sloan Foundation.
