Brad Klements

Brad Klements has extensive experience in product support and engineering, currently serving as a Product Specialist - Software at SOTAX Group since October 2011. Previous roles include Product Verification Engineer at Avaya, where responsibilities included system testing for ERS8600/8800 and VSP 9000, and Sr. System Test Engineer at Nortel, focusing on system test for the MERS 8600. Earlier in their career, Klements worked at GE Capital Spacenet, managing the integration and repair of satellite data networks, and held positions as a Field Representative at Plantronics Futurecomms, Inc., a Field Service Engineer at Wang New Zealand, and a Field Service Tech at Bedford Computer. Klements holds an ASEE degree in Electronic Engineering from NHTI, Concord's Community College.
