Claire Demol

Claire Demol is an experienced project manager in the cosmetics industry, currently serving as Chef de Projets at SOTAX Group since January 2023. Prior to this, Claire Demol worked at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics from September 2020 to September 2022 as Chargée de Projet R&I, where responsibilities included the formulation of cosmetic prototypes, project management, sensory evaluation, and competitive analysis. Claire Demol began a career in cosmetics at LVMH in September 2019 as an Apprentie Formulatrice Cosmétique, focusing on eco-formulation, and further contributed as a Stagiaire Technicienne Chimie Analytique, optimizing analytical methods for cosmetic products. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Biotechnologies with a focus on the engineering of cosmetic processes and products from UCO Bretagne Nord, and a Professional Degree in Formulation Chemistry from ISIPCA.
