Sunil Dubey

Sunil Dubey has extensive work experience in technical support and customer services roles. Sunil is currently an Associate Director Technical Support and IT at SOTAX Group, responsible for customer services and expanding to new customers. Prior to this, they were a BIOVIA Technical Manager at Dassault Systèmes from 2018 to 2021. Sunil also worked as a Service Head at ACG Worldwide in 2017, handling support for clients across India, Asia, ROW, Europe, and the USA. From 2005 to 2017, they held various positions at Crescent Scientific Pvt. Ltd, including Manager Technical Support and Sr. Executive Technical Support. Sunil started their career as a Customer Support Executive at Tata Teleservices Maharashtra Limited in 2004.

Sunil Dubey completed their Masters in Marketing Management from Chetana's R.K. Institute of Management & Research from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Instrumentation Engineering from Parshwanath College of Engineering between 2001 and 2004. Sunil also earned a B.E (Instrumentation) degree from Mumbai University in the field of Analytical & Nuclear Instrumentation from 2000 to 2004. Sunil began their education by pursuing a Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute Of Technology, which they completed from 1998 to 2001. Additionally, Sunil attended Fatima High school from 1992 to 1998, where they obtained their Secondary Section Certificate (S.S.C).
