Irene Kinyua

Irene Kinyua has a diverse work experience spanning from 2015 to 2021. In 2015, they were an Accounts Payable Intern at Stantech Motors Ltd. In 2016, they were a Finance Controller and Finance Associate at afriQuest 360. In 2018, they were a Consultant at Oxfam International, a Xcelerator Program Senior Operations Associate at African Leadership Group, and a People Operations Coordinator at African Leadership Group. In 2021, they were the Head of People Operations at Sote, where they were responsible for overseeing, designing, implementing, reporting, and maintaining the organization's People Operations strategies and key initiatives.

Irene Kinyua has a diverse educational background. In 2019, they obtained a Humanitarian Response to Conflict and Disaster certification from Harvard University. In the same year, they also obtained an Understanding Development for Impact certification from the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission. In 2021, they completed a Master of Science in International Development from the University of Bath. Prior to that, they attended KCA University, where they studied Accounting. Before that, they obtained a Certified Public Accountant certification from ICPAK in 2014. Irene also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities and Social Sciences from the University of Nairobi.
