Reza Ghaffari is an experienced executive with a diverse background in technology and business management. Currently serving as the Founder and CEO of XIRA Connect Inc since August 2019, Ghaffari focuses on enhancing professional service accessibility. As an advisor at KavAI, Ghaffari contributes to the development of an Intelligent Robotic Platform aimed at transforming global operational methodologies. Previously, Ghaffari held senior leadership roles including COO at Coriant and Infinera, where responsibilities encompassed business integration, global sales, and operational excellence. Ghaffari's entrepreneurial journey includes founding Pomonet, a cloud communication service for small and medium-sized businesses, and leading Xirtel as CEO, a master distributor in the Middle East and North Africa.
