David Kay

David Kay has over 15 years of work experience in various roles. David currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Sotera Digital Security Corp starting from 2022. Prior to this, they were a Founding Partner and Portfolio Manager of the TICAF Funds at Tenor Capital Management Company from 2009 to 2019. David also worked as an Associate and Senior Analyst at Jefferies in 2008 and as an Associate and Summer Associate at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP from 2005 to 2008.

David Kay earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Pennsylvania from 1997 to 2001. David then pursued a Doctor of Law degree from the Fordham University School of Law, completing it in 2006.
