Joseph A. Shrawder

Joseph Shrawder has served as president of Nelson Labs since October 2020 and was named to the position after he joined the company in January 2020 as chief operating officer. Prior to Nelson Labs, Mr. Shrawder worked in various business units at General Electric Company for 33 years. His most recent role was leading quality and customer experience for GE Healthcare. His previous positions included president and chief executive officer of GE Healthcare Global Services, president and chief executive officer of GE Healthcare Latin America, general manager of healthcare systems services, and general manager of global value products. Mr. Shrawder holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Moore School of Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
