Kathleen A. Hoffman

Kathleen Hoffman is the senior vice president of global environmental, health and safety for Sotera Health, which includes Sterigenics, Nordion and Nelson Labs. She has led the environmental, health and safety departments at Sotera Health and Sterigenics for 23 years. She is an industry-recognized expert in sterilization regulatory requirements and environmental, health and safety programs. Prior to Sterigenics, she worked for Amoco Chemical, Zurich Insurance and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in various chemical engineering roles. Ms. Hoffman is a board member of the International Irradiation Association (iiA) and a member of the executive team of the Ethylene Oxide Sterilization Association. She holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. degree from St. Ambrose University.
