Bill Bliss

Bill Bliss is an experienced leadership coach and consultant with a career spanning several decades in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as a Thinking Partner and Leadership Coach at Bliss & Associates Inc. since 1996, Bliss advises C-suite executives and senior leaders, emphasizing leadership impact and organizational health. Additionally, Bliss holds positions as a Board Member and Chair of the Compensation Committee at Soteria Battery Innovation Group, and as Executive Director and Founding Partner at Maxwell Leadership. Other roles include Strategic Advisor for Kohomai and founding partner at HRC. Previous experience includes significant HR leadership roles at Reader's Digest, Degussa, and Fidelity Investments. Bill Bliss holds a BS in Management from St. John's University.
