Kai Pöhler

Kai Pöhler has extensive work experience in various leadership and advisory roles. Kai currently serves as the Geschäftsführer at Collin Weber Personalberatung GmbH since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Geschäftsführer & Gesellschafter at BGH-Consulting and also held the position of Partner & Senior Berater. Kai was also the Business Development Director Europe at Soteria Battery Innovation Group. In addition, Kai Pöhler has experience as the Inhaber at NWZ-Consulting and was a member of the Orga-Team at Symposium der Papieringenieure. Earlier in their career, they worked at J.M. VOITH SE & CO. KG as the Director Application & Business Development Specialty Paper & Nonwoven, as well as at Voith Paper GmbH as the Leiter Auftragsabwicklung/Projektmanagement. Kai started their professional journey at Heimbach Group from 1996 to 2002.

Kai Pöhler completed their education with a Diplom in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences in 1996. Prior to that, they also obtained a Diplom in Verfahrenstechnik Papier-Kunststoff/Papiererzeugung from the same university between 1989 and 1994. In 1987, they received an Ausbildung zum Papiermacher from Drewsen Spezialpapiere GmbH.
