Fahmida Ferdousi

Fahmida Ferdousi has a diverse work experience. Fahmida began working in 2014 as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at City University of New York City College. In this role, they conducted and troubleshot immunohistochemistry tissue staining experiments, regularly performed transcranial perfusion and dissection of mice, and used light and confocal microscopes extensively for imaging. Fahmida also analyzed aortic root cross sections of mice with ImageJ software and collected data.

In 2016, they joined Soterix Medical, where they held three roles: Quality Control Engineer, Medical Device Manager, and Manufacturing Engineer.

Fahmida currently works as a Quality Engineer at Mindray North America, a position they have held since 2019.

Fahmida Ferdousi completed their Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from The City College of New York between 2015 and 2019.
