Chad Roffers

Chad Roffers has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Chad started their career in 1994 as the Director of Business Development at U S WEST while pursuing their MBA at the University of Denver. During this time, they played a key role in negotiating partnerships and investments with major companies such as AOL Time Warner, Palm Computing, Inc., AT&T, and Yahoo!.

In 1998, Chad joined AdAuction.com as a Sr. Vice President, where they contributed to the company's growth until 2000.

From 2001 to 2003, Chad served as a Broker Associate at Michael Saunders & Company, gaining further experience in the real estate industry.

In 2004, they became the President of SKY Sotheby's International Realty, a position they held until 2008.

In 2007, Chad co-founded Pulse Realty Software, a company that developed the first broker operating system for full-service real estate brokerages. The company was later acquired by Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies in 2009.

Since 2008, Chad has been involved with Concierge Auctions, initially as the Managing Director and later as the President. Concierge Auctions has become a leading marketplace for buying and selling luxury properties, with a presence in 32 US states and 14 countries. Under Chad's leadership, the company has achieved over $1 billion in sales and conducted numerous record-setting transactions. The majority of their auctions are conducted through their custom mobile application, "Instant Gavel."

Chad Roffers pursued their education with determination and focus. In 1991, they enrolled at the University of Colorado Boulder and obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1993. Six years later, in 1997, Chad Roffers continued their educational journey at the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, where they successfully completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 1998. These educational achievements reflect their commitment to expanding their knowledge and skills in both the fields of Political Science and Business Administration.
