Michael Cohen

Michael Cohen currently serves as the Executive Vice President for the Southern California Region and Brokerage Manager for the Santa Barbara Region at Sotheby's International Realty since April 2024, having previously held the position of Vice President and Brokerage Manager for the same region from January 2019 to April 2024. Cohen has extensive experience in real estate, notably enhancing Golden Gate Sotheby's International Realty's growth from 100 agents to over 500 agents across 21 offices while achieving over $3 billion in sales during tenure as Vice President of Sales from February 2012 to December 2018. Prior experience includes a Senior Sales Associate role at Alain Pinel Realtors, where focus centered on high-end residential real estate in the Bay Area, and various sales management positions in technology firms, including Autodesk and Net-TV, Inc. Michael Cohen holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from Heald College.
