Madeline Lissner is the VP of Worldwide Transaction Structuring at Sotheby's. Madeline has held this position since January 2016. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director, Head of Sotheby’s Financial Services and Deputy Chief Commercial Officer from January 2014 to December 2015. Before that, they were a Director at Art Agency, Partners from January 2014 to December 2016.

Lissner began their career in investment banking at Citi in January 2009 and left in December 2010 to join Centerview Partners. Madeline remained there until December 2012 when they moved to Parnassus Investments as an Equity Research before joining Sotheby's in January 2014.

Their manager is Charles F. Stewart, CEO. They work with Jonathan Olsoff - EVP Worldwide General Counsel, Jean-Luc Berrebi - Chief Financial Officer, and Amy Cappellazzo - EVP Chairman Fine Art Divison .
