Malaz Nour

Malaz Nour is a dedicated art professional currently serving as an intern focused on Modern & Contemporary South Asian Art and African and Oceanic art at Sotheby's. Nour holds multiple leadership roles within the African & Caribbean Student Association at the University of Chicago, including Political Chair with a focus on Pan-Africanism. Previous experience includes internships at prestigious institutions such as Christie's and MARIANE IBRAHIM GALLERY LLC, where Nour engaged in research, curation, and gallery operations. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Art History and Anthropology and an ongoing Master's degree in Humanities with a concentration in Art History, both from the University of Chicago.
