Alison Jones

Alison Jones is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and software management. Currently serving as the Renewal Software Manager and Team Lead for Inside Sales at SOTI since March 2013, Alison has been recognized as a SOTI MVP Winner in 2022, placing among the top 3% of employees. At SOTI, a leader in innovative mobility and IoT solutions, Alison has contributed to optimizing mobile operations for numerous global clients. Prior to SOTI, Alison worked as a Resource Coordinator at ADP from August 2011 to January 2013, where responsibilities included enhancing payroll management for employers. Alison's career began at HP, where involvement in the Service Support Team provided valuable experience in electronic products and systems. Alison holds a degree from Box Hill Institute.
