Geldi H. has extensive experience in Learning and Development, currently serving as Team Lead at SOTI since April 2017, with a career progression that includes roles as a Senior Learning & Development Specialist and Learning & Development Specialist. Prior to SOTI, Geldi worked at GVE Online Education Inc. as a Digital Learning & Technology Specialist from October 2015 to March 2017, and at RBC in various capacities, including Learning & Development Advisor and Client Advisor, from October 2014 to June 2014. Geldi's earlier experience includes a role as Project Manager for Digital Learning at Youth Employment Services from June 2014 to October 2014. Academically, Geldi holds a degree in Workplace Learning & Development from the University of Toronto and a BHRM Specialized Honours degree in Human Resources Management from York University.
