Samuel Ibitoye

Samuel Ibitoye has extensive experience in the field of learning and development. Samuel currently holds the position of Team Lead, Learning & Development at Parallex Bank since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Learning & Development Specialist at Cititrust Holdings Plc from October 2020 to October 2021. Before that, they served as a Learning And Development Specialist at Access Bank Plc from April 2019 to October 2020, where they gained expertise in data analytics, training management, instructional design, quality assurance, and graphics design. Samuel also has experience as a Learning Technology Manager at Diamond Bank Plc from August 2015 to March 2019. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Management Information System (MIS) Analyst at DiamondCare, Diamond Bank from May 2013 to August 2015. Samuel's work history also includes a role as a Customer Care Representative at Airtel Nigeria from July 2009 to October 2012, and as a Department Instructor at JOSAC, Akili Anambra from April 2008 to July 2009. Samuel began their career as a Trainee at Paterson and Zochonis (PZ) Industries Limited from March 2006 to August 2006.

Samuel Ibitoye completed their Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the University of Lagos, Akoka Yaba, Lagos, between 2001 and 2007. Prior to that, they obtained their West African Senior School Certificate in Sciences from Community Grammar School, Ipaja, Lagos, from 1995 to 1999. In addition, Samuel Ibitoye received certification as an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM in 2020.
