Oleksandr Sereda

Oleksandr Sereda is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Software Development at SOTI since May 2010. Oleksandr oversees multiple teams dedicated to delivering cross-platform mobility and IoT solutions, enhancing internal practices, and ensuring product security and technological advancement. Previous roles include Senior Software Development Manager, where significant team growth and process improvements were achieved, and Team Leader, with a focus on project management and team coaching. Oleksandr holds a PhD in Electrical Drive, Robotics, along with a master's and bachelor's degree, all from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
