Gaëtan Decherf

Gaëtan DECHERF has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Gaëtan is currently serving as the CFO at SOTIO Biotech, where they are involved in shaping the future of cancer immunotherapies. Prior to this, they worked as a Full-time CFO & Project Manager at Cytune Pharma, contributing to the development of immunotherapeutic agents for fighting cancer and infectious diseases. Gaëtan also founded and served as the President of ALTUM CONSULTING, providing services to innovating companies as a part-time CFO and financing innovation through various frameworks. Additionally, Gaëtan has held roles such as Part-time Administrative and Finance Manager at Atlab Pharma, Independent Expert in Healthcare, Life Sciences & Biotechnology at the French Ministry of Superior Education & Research, Associate Finance at Remora Partners, and Consultant in Financing Innovation at Grande Armée Conseil. Gaëtan started their career as an Intern at the Center for International Trade Development and also completed a Ph.D. Thesis and Post-Doctoral Stay, managing research projects related to various pathologies.

Gaëtan Decherf completed their Master of Business Administration degree in Management, Gestion et Financement d'Entreprise at the CNAM - International Institute of Management (IIM) from 2008 to 2010. In 2009, they also earned Certificates of Completion of the International Extension Programs in Entrepreneurship and International Finance from California State University-San Bernardino. Earlier, from 2000 to 2004, Decherf pursued their Doctorate degree in Physiologie Cellulaire at the Pierre and Marie Curie University.
