Roman Drhovsky

Roman Drhovsky has extensive experience in M&A, investments, and corporate finance. Roman served as the Head of M&A and Investments at SOTIO since 2015. Prior to that, they held various roles at PPF from 2002 to 2015, including M&A Manager and Head of Corporate Finance. Before joining PPF, they worked at Celestis Finance as a Partner from 2000 to 2002. Roman'scareer started in 1994 at Komercni banka, where they worked in research and investment banking. Roman later moved on to Credit Lyonnais, where they served as a Senior Officer in Corporate Finance, leading the structured transactions team and executing M&A, restructuring, and financial advisory mandates.

Roman Drhovsky obtained their MSc. degree in Operational Research, Econometrics, and Finance from Prague University of Economics and Business, where they studied from 1988 to 1993.
