Amrita Bhasin

Amrita Bhasin has an impressive work experience. Amrita is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Sotira, an analytics, financial tracking and pricing discovery tool for ecommerce sellers and resellers. Amrita was selected as one of 28 companies out of 500 applications for the Soma Spring 2022 Fellowship, and received investment from Soma Capital. Amrita was also selected as one of 50 scholars and one of only a few Americans out of 400 applicants by the Ethereum Foundation to be a Devcon Scholar, and received full travel and hotel sponsorship to attend Devcon in Bogota, Colombia. Additionally, they were selected as one of a select few travel fellows to attend the inaugural NEARCon in Lisbon, Portugal as a NEARCon Fellow.

Amrita has also worked for The Daily Californian Newspaper, where they were part of the Sales Team and contributed $18,500+ in advertising revenue. Amrita was promoted to Senior Account Executive in January 2020 and was the top seller out of a 20 person sales team for the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 school years. Amrita also attended the Bloomberg Business Journalism Program, was part of the 5th Cohort of Envision, and was one of 75 startups selected for the UC Berkeley SkyDeck Pad-13 Fall 2021 Incubator Program. Additionally, they are a Core Contributor of PadawanDAO, and was one of 150 students selected from around the world to attend the 46th and 47th annual International Business Conference in NYC in November 2020 and November 2021.

Amrita Bhasin completed their Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley. Amrita also earned a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Technology from the UC Berkeley College of Engineering. Her educational journey began at Menlo-Atherton High School.
