Sotogrande is one of the most discreet premium lifestyle and leading sporting destinations in Europe. It has 5,000 residents with either permanent or holiday homes and it is the destination of choice for many of Spain’s and other nations’ most affluent families.

With a location of outstanding natural beauty, it offers a secure, relaxed, healthy lifestyle, a sophisticated social scene and excellent sports facilities. The Sotogrande International School has proven to be a major attraction for families.

Since its inception, Sotogrande S.A has been the creator and developer of this private state, the largest in Spain and the first master-planned resort community in Southern Europe.

Sotogrande has come a long way since it was taken over by the new owners, Orion Capital Managers, in 2014. The first step undertaken as part of a multi-million-euro investment project was the fixing of roads, updating of infrastructure and the tidying up of the resort's gardens and landscaped areas. The iconic Marina was given a new lease of life with the opening of new restaurants, cafés and boutiques.

The next chapter in Sotogrande's glamourous tale and the jewel in its crown is La Reserva Club that leverages the destination legacy and offers the perfect "resort living retreat" to suit likeminded families.

Through its 400 gated hectares, it offers discerning families the perfect country club setting to enjoy what really matters to them. It reinvents Sotogrande Resort Living through an exclusive set of individual and gated communities and state of the art facilities; a 18 hole championship golf course, tennis and padel courts, fine restaurants and The Beach, a sandy beach club and sports lagoon.
