Felipe G. has a diverse work experience that spans from 2010 to the present. Felipe is currently the Head of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Practice at Sottelli | Especialistas em Salesforce since November 2023. Prior to that, they were an Investor at EVVA Semijoias since September 2023. Felipe founded Felicce, an e-commerce brand specializing in genderless jewelry and accessories, in 2013 and served as the Founder until December 2023. Felipe has also worked at Media.Monks Brazil as a Salesforce Pre Sales Solutions Consultant LATAM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, at RIMOWA as an E-commerce Manager, at Compass.uol as a CX Executive Manager, at Salesforce as a Success Manager B2C Commerce Cloud, at Citi in various roles, including Trade & Treasury Sales, and at PUC Júnior Consultoria as an intern in the Financial Department.

Felipe G. completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo from 2010 to 2014. Felipe also pursued a Business English program at ILAC International College from 2010 to 2011. In 2015, Felipe attended an extension program in Metal Art and Jewelry at Istituto Europeo di Design - IED São Paulo. Additionally, Felipe has obtained various certifications including Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and E-Commerce Fast Track from LVMH in 2022, the Business Value of Equality certification from Salesforce in 2019, and the Business English certification from ILAC International College in 2011. Felipe was also a part of the Harvard Alumni Mentoring Group in 2017.
