Thomas Schlatter

Thomas Schlatter has extensive experience in vocational education and engineering. Currently serving as Leiter Berufsbildung at Soudronic AG since January 2021, Thomas oversees the training of 40 apprentices across six professions. Prior experience includes roles as Berufsbildner at Camille Bauer Metrawatt AG, where responsibilities involved direct training of apprentices and leading various vocational education projects from February 2011 to December 2020. Earlier positions included Mess- und Prüftechniker with a focus on production technology and project management, as well as roles at EAO AG as Systemtechniker and Labortechniker Elektro, managing testing for product development. Thomas began a career in automation as a Lernender Automatiker at Rockwell Automation. Educational qualifications include diplomas and certifications in vocational training and technical fields from various institutions, including a Dipl. Ausbilder with eidg. Fachausweis and technical degrees in information technology and automation.
