Dominique Gavazzi is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and training management across various industries. Currently serving as Responsable des ressources humaines at Malteries Soufflet since October 2023, Dominique previously held the position of Responsable recrutement at InVivo from November 2019 to November 2023 and at Logista from August 2014 to November 2019, focusing on defining and implementing recruitment policies and processes. Earlier roles include Responsable Recrutement et Formation at Tyco Fire Protection, where Dominique managed comprehensive recruitment processes, and at EUGENE PERMA, responsible for recruitment and training with a strong emphasis on integrating new employees. Dominique holds a DESS in Droit des affaires from the Université de Dijon.
