Jorge Solis currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at Soufflet Malt since May 2024. Previously, Jorge held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Punch Powertrain from October 2019 to May 2023. At WABCO from September 2010 to February 2019, Jorge was President of the Truck, Bus & Car OEMs Division and held several roles, including Business Unit Vice-President for Vehicle Dynamics & Control and DriveLine Controls, managing significant P&L responsibilities across multiple manufacturing sites. Jorge also served as a board member for WABCO INDIA Limited and Meritor WABCO and held various roles at Valeo and GE - OET early in the career. Jorge completed advanced studies in Business Administration at INSEAD and holds degrees in Marketing and Industrial Engineering from ITESM and Tecnológico de Monterrey, respectively.
