Renata Filippi Lindquist is a seasoned professional in executive recruitment and talent management, currently serving as Managing Partner at Soul HR Consulting since September 2018. As a co-founder of Soul, Renata focuses on aligning talent acquisition with corporate culture and addressing client needs from a strategic perspective. Previously, Renata held the position of Managing Director Brazil at InterSearch from June 2000 to August 2018, served on the board of Hospital Samaritano from April 2013 to March 2017, and worked as Commercial Manager at C&A from February 1996 to April 2000. Educational credentials include an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Coach Certification from Erickson Coaching International.
